As part of the BİGG ENTERONE Acceleration Program implemented by Van Technopark, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özkan Atan delivered a training session entitled “Key Considerations When Writing Projects in Technology-Based Entrepreneurship.”
The training was organized to help aspiring entrepreneurs transform their technology-based business ideas into well-structured and evaluable project proposals. Participants received valuable information on the key stages of project preparation, important considerations in the TÜBİTAK BİGG application process, and effective ways to present innovative entrepreneurial ideas.
Structuring Technology-Based Business Ideas into Projects
The training covered the process of transforming a technology-based business idea into a structured project proposal, from defining the core concept to ensuring consistency throughout the application.
The main topics included:
*Key expectations for technology-based entrepreneurship projects
*Expressing the project idea clearly, accurately, and effectively
*Establishing the relationship between the problem, solution, and target audience
*Highlighting the innovative and original aspects of the project
*Technical and content-related considerations in project writing
*Common mistakes in TÜBİTAK BİGG application processes
*Preparing project proposals in line with evaluation criteria
The training also emphasized the importance of clearly defining the problem addressed by the proposed solution, accurately identifying the target audience, and effectively communicating the technological, innovative, and distinctive aspects that differentiate the project from existing solutions.
Strengthening Entrepreneurs’ Project Development Capacity
The training, which attracted strong interest from participants, contributed to improving aspiring entrepreneurs’ project writing and development skills, helping them structure their business ideas more systematically and prepare more effectively for the TÜBİTAK BİGG evaluation process.
