Van Technopark participated in the 2026 Second-Term Jury Evaluation Meeting held within the scope of the KOSGEB Entrepreneur Support Program – Business Development Call.
The meeting was chaired by Hasan Musab Okatan, Deputy Governor of Van, with the participation of Ceyda Gazel, Head of KOSGEB Business Support Department; Bilal Emre Yörük, KOSGEB Van Provincial Director; Necdet Takva, Chairman of the Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Prof. Dr. Ferit İzci; Mehmet Aslan, Chairman of the Van Organized Industrial Zone; and Dr. Yasemin Yetkin, General Manager of Van Technopark, as jury members.
Entrepreneurs’ Projects Evaluated
During the jury evaluation process, business development projects submitted by entrepreneurs were reviewed, with particular attention given to their growth and development potential and their capacity to establish sustainable business models.
Implemented by KOSGEB, the Entrepreneur Support Program – Business Development Call serves as an important support mechanism for entrepreneurs seeking to establish and develop their businesses while contributing to the development of innovative and competitive enterprises and strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
During the meeting, discussions also focused on strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Van, supporting innovative business ideas, accelerating the growth of entrepreneurs, and encouraging ventures capable of contributing to sustainable economic development.
