The 2025 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Yüzüncü Yıl University Technopark Inc. (YYÜ Technopark Inc.) was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Şenay Baydaş, Chair of the General Assembly.
The meeting was attended by the company’s shareholders and relevant representatives, as well as Derya Ayaydın, Van Provincial Director of Trade, and Kerem Yördem, Specialist at the Van Provincial Directorate of Trade.
During the General Assembly, the company’s 2025 activities, financial statements, ongoing projects, and objectives for the upcoming period were comprehensively reviewed. The meeting also included evaluations of YYÜ Technopark’s activities in R&D, innovation, entrepreneurship, technology transfer, and university-industry cooperation, as well as discussions on initiatives planned for the new period.
Following the discussions and evaluations, the General Assembly reaffirmed its confidence in the current Board of Directors and decided that the existing management would continue its duties.
Dr. Yasemin Yetkin Reappointed as General Manager
At the Board of Directors meeting held following the Ordinary General Assembly, Dr. Yasemin Yetkin was reappointed as General Manager of YYÜ Technopark Inc.
With this decision, it was confirmed that YYÜ Technopark’s activities in entrepreneurship, R&D, innovation, technology development, technology transfer, and university-industry cooperation will continue with the same determination and vision in the new period.

By bringing together the academic knowledge and expertise of the university with industry and the entrepreneurship ecosystem, YYÜ Technopark will continue to support technology- and innovation-oriented projects, entrepreneurs, and initiatives aimed at strengthening the region’s innovation capacity.
